Advance registration is performed through sending of full paper or paying of the registration fee. Final registration of participants will be held on sessions.
To take part at the conference, it is necessary to send to Organizing Committee the full papers and to pay the registration fee. Each participant in the count of registration fee can present not more two papers. At least one author per paper MUST REGISTER for the SIBCON Conferences.
The registration fee - $250 for IEEE members, $170 for students (without co-authors), and $360 for other participants needs be paid only upon receipt of the official invitation letter, which will be sent to the first author by mail. Registration fee includes one copy of the Proceedings, a get-together party, banquet, cultural and technical visits, and coffee breaks.
Student/IEEE Life member registrations must provide proof of current student/IEEE Life membership status at the Conference.
National Instruments Seminar will be held in conjunction with SIBCON. You are cordially invited to participate for free.
Companion registration includes: Welcome reception.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. The Conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to Conference participants (or their accompanying persons). It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance prior to coming to the Meeting. The Conference Secretariat will not take any responsibility for any participants failing to insure. Please seek further information from your travel agent.
